The Role;
We expect all of our Support Workers to care, support, and protect residents to enable them to lead a meaningful life. The key purpose of the role of Night Support Worker is to ensure the safety of the Home and its residents in the absence of other staff, offering appropriate care and support to individuals in accordance with person specific care plans and risk assessments. Our aim is to support individuals to remain and/or develop to be as independent as possible, to safely maximise their quality of life.
The Service;
Glyn Rhosyn is a male only residential nursing and non-nursing service for individuals living with a learning disability and complex needs who are looking to step down from acute services or step up from community based services.
