About the role
The role of the Night Team Leader is to ensure the safety of the home and its resident’s in the absence of other staff, offering appropriate care and support to individuals in accordance with person specific care plans. The Night Team Leader you will be required to be aware of current issues relating to residents’ health and wellbeing by means of a handover from outgoing staff and by reading daily records. It will also be necessary for them to ensure that night log summary sheets and any other documentation, including diaries, RIVO etc. are completed. The Night Team Leader will support their team to interact with residents encouraging a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere and thus promote good sleep patterns.
Highfield Park
Located in a picturesque part of North Wales, Highfield Park has 13 residential services for adults who have a learning disability, autism, challenging behaviour, mental health issues or complex behaviours. Each home is a specialist provision with its own dedicated staff team.
