ACTIVITIES CO-ORDINATOR – Rockfield House, Rocky Lane, Liverpool L6 4BB

We are looking for an Activities Co-ordinator to join our existing friendly team!

  • 42 hours per week – variable shift pattern
  • £12.60 – £13.68 Per hour (DOE)

As an Activities Co-ordinator you will:

  • Play a key role in delivering the provision of activities, focussing on functional daily living skills whilst reducing risk issues.
  • Deliver activities on a one-to-one basis as well as group sessions comprising of meaningful therapeutic activities, to promote independence and wellbeing.
  • Monitor patient’s progress, assessing patients’ function, producing reports for meetings with commissioners and external professionals.
  • Capture engagement and auditing activity/education files, activity risk assessments, and assessments of daily living skills.
  • Resource materials and keep activity stock and budget updated at all times.

Rockfield House

Located in Anfield, Liverpool, Rockfield House is a spacious community based residential home for people living with a learning disability. The home offers intensive support using active support, person centred planning (PCP) and positive behavioural support (PBS) methods.
