The Role;

We expect all of our Support Worker to care, support, and protect residents to enable them to lead a meaningful life. This is delivered on a day to day basis through a variety of approaches; daily living tasks, community participation, educational and vocational opportunities, as well as supporting social interactions and skill building, within all areas of life. The Service;

Glyn Rhosyn is a male only residential nursing and non-nursing service for individuals living with a learning disability and complex needs who are looking to step down from acute services or step up from community based services.

Glyn Rhosyn

These purpose built homes in the heart of the community in Holywell, North Wales, are for men aged 18+ who have a diagnosis of borderline to moderate learning disabilities who may have co-existing secondary conditions such as complex and/or mental health needs and Autism.

Glyn Rhosyn provides nursing care for up to 10 men who are looking to step down from acute services or step up from community-based services. The six-bed Glyn Rhosyn Villas offers community based residential living without nursing.
