The Role;
We expect all of our Support Worker to care, support, and protect residents to enable them to lead a meaningful life. This is delivered on a day to day basis through a variety of approaches; daily living tasks, community participation, educational and vocational opportunities, as well as supporting social interactions and skill building, within all areas of life. Our aim is to support individuals to remain and/or develop to be as independent as possible, to safely maximise their quality of life.
The Service;
Situated in the coastal town of Hoylake, Meols Drive boasts panoramic views over Liverpool bay and the Royal Liverpool Golf Course. The service provides residential with nursing support to men (aged 18years+) living with a learning disability and/ or additional complex needs including Autism and Mental Health conditions.
