About the role

As a Team Leader you will play a key role in delivering services within the home by ensuring the promotion of good working practice, offering support to staff and acting as a role model. You will work closely with the Deputy Manager as well as the Registered Manager to provide professional support, supervision and guidance to Support Workers, and ensure continuity of care. You will work as part of a dedicated, qualified and capable staff team who put the people living here at the heart of what we do.

About the service 

Pine Cottages are a row of four small terraced cottages, each having a private garden. The design of each property enables the delivery of bespoke services for people with learning disabilities in a homely environment where the staff team will endeavour to provide them with the appropriate care and support to enable them to achieve their potential by enhancing wellbeing, independence and quality of life.  The residents benefit from bespoke, intensive support on a one to one or two to one basis depending on the complexity of their behaviour and the impact this can have on themselves and those around them.

Pine Cottages

Pine Cottages offer a bespoke service to men and women aged 18+ with a diagnosis of a learning disability and/or autism and/or other associated conditions, so they can live semi independently, as part of a care pathway, or with more intensive support.

The three two-bedroom and one one-bedroom cottages are located in stunning grounds with their own private gardens in a tranquil setting in Llangwyfan, Denbighshire, with convenient links to the A55.
