SUPPORT SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR (WORKFORCE)
Location: Llangwyfan, Denbigh, LL16 4LU
Salary: Up to £22,260.00 (Dependent on experience)
Requirements: Educated to GCSE level and commitment to continuous professional development
Hours of Work: 40 per week
Contract Type: Permanent
About the Role: The Support Services Administrator will assist the department in areas that include but are not exhaustive of Workforce, Reception, Estates, Placements and Learning and Development. There will be a strong focus on supporting the Workforce team to provide an effective and efficient workforce coordination department for all MHC services, this includes tasks related but not limited to; recruitment, marketing, On-Boarding, compliance, quality and HR.
The role of a Support Services Administrator will require efficient and effective administration skills as well as a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
If you are naturally hard working with good communication skills, flexible and would like the opportunity to work in a busy and varied team, then this could be the job for you!
Skills: We are seeking someone who has strong organisational and problem solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills both written and verbal. The successful candidate will be IT literate and able to manage their time effectively, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. This post is subject to a DBS check.
