To apply for free vouchers please follow the steps below:
- Simply email Workforce@mhc-uk.com or call on 01824 572 020 with your name, location, job title and mobile number.
- Your eye care voucher will be sent to you by your choice of either email or text.
- Make an appointment at one of the 1400+ affiliated opticians (Including Boots opticians).
- Attend the appointment with your eye care voucher.
Over 4000 frames to choose from in the Boots £50-70 frame range or alternately receive a 15% discount. Single vision, varifocal and bifocal available. Ability to customise frames with Boots i365 option. Service includes a free eye test and, if needed, glasses of your choice.
