The residents and staff at Glyn Rhosyn recently hosted a farewell buffet for Rachel Croft-Jones, who has been supporting in the home over the last few weeks.
The residents helped to prepare sandwiches and decorated some biscuits for the buffet. They gifted Rachel with some flowers to say Thank you for the kindness she has shown and for the support she has given them. They expressed how she will be truly missed by everyone.
