BANK SUPPORT WORKER – SATELLITES, and HOLLAND HOUSE DENBIGH
We are looking for Support Workers to join our existing friendly team immediately!
- Bank Staff
- £12.60 – £13.14 per hour (dependent on experience)
As a Bank Support Worker you will:
- Support individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions to lead a good quality of life whilst achieving positive outcomes along the way (however, this is not essential as training will be provided).
- Assist individuals to learn new skills.
- Understand medication procedures.
- Understand safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Work as part of a team of dedicated, qualified and capable staff team who put the people living here at the heart of what we do.
SATELLITES
Situated in the market town of Denbigh, the satellite homes consist of a cluster of four homes, Brynfynnon, Glasfryn and Garth provide community facing residential care for up to 7 adults who have a primary diagnosis of a mental health disorder.
The four separate homes provide a home from home environment comprising of two, three bedroomed terraced house and a one-bedroom terraced house accommodating up to 7 individuals.The satellite homes provide a step down for residents ready to move to a more independent living setting.
HOLLAND HOUSE
A residential service based in the historic town of Denbigh, Holland House and Holland Villas are an 11 bedded home that offers independent living for young adults aged 18 + with a primary Mental Health diagnosis (functional). The home offers intensive support using active support, person centred planning (PCP) and positive behavioural support (PBS) methods.
