FEMALE SUPPORT WORKER –ROCKFIELD, LIVERPOOL, L6 4BB

We are seeking a female support worker to provide care and support to female residents. This role involves working closely with female residents in a safe and supportive environment.

Due to the nature of the work, this post is restricted to female applicants only, as permitted under the Equality Act 2010.

  • Full Time position available
  • £12.60 – £13.14 per hour, dependent on experience.

As a Support Worker you will:

  • Support individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions to lead a good quality of life whilst achieving positive outcomes along the way (however, this is not essential as training will be provided).
  • Assist individuals to learn new skills.
  • Understand medication procedures.
  • Understand safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Work as part of a team of dedicated, qualified and capable staff team who put the people living here at the heart of what we do.

Rockfield House

Located in Anfield, Liverpool, Rockfield House is a spacious community based residential home for people living with a learning disability. The home offers intensive support using active support, person centred planning (PCP) and positive behavioural support (PBS) methods.

It provides intensive support to enables individuals to enhance their living skills and work towards achieving independence.
