About the role

The Support Services Coordinator will assist in the Learning & Development department as well as supporting in Reception, Estates, Placements and Workforce. The Coordinator will be expected to complete a wide range of training, administrative tasks and ad-hoc project work as required, which will make it an incredibly varied job role. The role will require efficient and effective administration skills as well as a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Duties and responsibilities

To provide general administrative duties, which include but are not exhaustive of Support and develop an annual Learning and Development Plan for all staff in conjunction with Registered Managers, deliver training and develop materials to implement key IT system changes, ensuring the learning environment and resources, support the employee’s learning needs, visit all services to deliver training where required and liaise with administration staff as appropriate and to complete other duties as required. Support with the administration of the online learning platform (ELFY)

Coordinate and liaise with external providers /managers to facilitate and schedule delivery of training. Keep up to date with regulatory changes and key changes to training guidance or practice
