- £10.10 – £10.73 per hour + 20p per hour Night allowance (dependent on experience)
About the role
The role of a Night Support Worker is to ensure the safety of the home and its resident’s in the absence of other staff, offering appropriate care and support to individuals in accordance with person specific care plans. The role will include encouraging a relaxed atmosphere for service users, offering assistance in nightly routines, regularly carrying out night patrol checks within the service, and acting appropriately to any unusual activity. The Night Support Worker will be required to be aware of current issues relating to residents’ health and wellbeing by means of a handover from outgoing staff and by reading daily records. It will also be necessary for them to complete, as required, night log summary sheets and any other documentation, including diaries etc.

Located in a picturesque part of North Wales, Highfield Park has 13 residential services for adults who have a learning disability, autism, challenging behaviour, mental health issues or complex behaviours. Each home is a specialist provision with its own dedicated staff team.
