You will work closely with the Deputy Manager as well as the Registered Manager to provide professional support, supervision and guidance to Support Workers, and ensure continuity of care. You will work as part of a dedicated, qualified and capable staff team who put the people living here at the heart of what we do.
About the service
Pine Cottages are a row of four small terraced cottages, each having a private garden. The design of each property enables the delivery of bespoke services for people with learning disabilities in a homely environment where the staff team will endeavour to provide them with the appropriate care and support to enable them to achieve their potential by enhancing wellbeing, independence and quality of life. The residents benefit from bespoke, intensive support on a one to one or two to one basis depending on the complexity of their behaviour and the impact this can have on themselves and those around them.
