Salary: £9.50 per hour
Desirable / Requirements: QCF Level 2 Health & Social Care, willing to work towards Level 3. Experience in leading a team, ability to work on own initiative and problem solve.
Hours of Work: 37.5 per week, working on a rolling rota basis

About the Role: As a Team Leader you will play a key role in delivering services within the home by ensuring the promotion of good working practice, offering support to staff and acting as a role model. You will work closely with the Deputy Manager to provide professional support, supervision and guidance to Support Workers, and ensure continuity of care.
As a Team Leader you will be involved in monitoring and reviewing care plans in conjunction with the Deputy Manager, Care Managers/Social Workers, service users and their relatives. You will take part in co-ordination of the rotas for Support Workers and ensure continuity of care. Implement the Company's procedural requirements including Disciplinary, Health and Safety, Financial and Quality Assurance systems.
Skills: Strong communicator, creative, motivated, ability to cope in challenging situations, understand and support individuals to lead a good quality of life whilst achieving positive outcomes along the way.
