C.A.L.L. – Community Advice & Listening Line Mental Health Helpline.

A problem shared is a problem halved. The C.A.L.L helpline offers emotional support and information to:

  • Individuals who are experiencing mental distress
  • Parents whose child has attempted suicide or have lost a child through suicide
  • Vulnerable adults who are suffering abuse
  • Bereavement

The helpine is available 24 hours 7 days a week (365 days a year) for all staff (including our staff based in England) by telephone or text. It is a free and confidential service.
