Dear All,
It is with great sadness that I inform you that Steven Rawlins will be leaving MHC today (19th February) after 13 and a half years.
Ste spent the majority of his time with us working at Rockfield, the last few years as Deputy Manager. Since last year, Ste has helped with the management of Acrefield and in the Quality team. Since last summer, Ste has managed Willow and Pine on Highfield Park.
Ste is a thoroughly nice guy and an excellent and loyal member of staff. He has given his all in the various roles he has held since August, 2007. Ste cares deeply about the residents he has looked after and this has shone through in all of his work responsibilities. He will be sorely missed by everyone here at MHC.
Ste is leaving to take up a registered managers position with another provider closer to his home base in Liverpool. We wish him the very best in his new role.
In his absence, Monique Lane will take up the interim manager’s role in Willow, and Megan Wells will do so in Pine. Please contact the appropriate person with any queries that would have previously gone to Ste. A separate announcement will be made about the appointment of a new permanent manager in due course.
